It has now been confirmed that Meta (formerly Facebook) will introduce an updated privacy policy on July 26, 2022. The company has already begun to update its users on the upcoming changes.
“The updating cause of the privacy policy refers to Meta’s having re-written its privacy policy to make it look easier for its users to swoop in with its latest products” – Meta.
There is a press note the company just released regarding the sale of user data, which clarifies all the information, data, or anything we uploaded to Meta.
Also, the company claims that they do not have the right to access people’s data (despite having massive amounts of data on their servers); however, on July 26, 2022, users will learn what awaits them.
