HR and Admin Executive

The HR and Admin Executive will oversee all HR and administrative functions at the branch office, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. The role requires managing employee services, office administration, and coordinating with the HR Head for branch-specific needs.

Location: Islamabad (Onsite)

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws of Pakistan/UAE and company policies.
  • Address employee queries and escalate complex issues to the HR Head.

Administration:

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of office necessities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings for the branch office.
  • Maintain and update administrative documentation and reports.
  • Monitor office security and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
