We are seeking a skilled Odoo (Techno-Functional) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance and supporting Odoo-related tasks.

Location: Lahore (onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Odoo applications, custom modules, and add-ons.
• Customize existing Odoo modules to align with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Odoo systems across different environments.
• Perform version updates and migrations for Odoo systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users for Odoo-related functionalities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows and system processes.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Odoo frameworks, including ORM, workflows, and security rules.
• Experience in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and server management.
• Experience with tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
• Knowledge of Odoo.sh or other Odoo cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Certification in the latest Odoo versions is highly preferred.
