Client Relations and Services Manager

The Manager of Client Relations and Services is responsible for ensuring seamless communication between Heads of Departments (HODs) and sales clients. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing the client engagement process, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Additionally, the manager will coordinate communication with international teams to maintain consistent service delivery across all regions.

Location: Lahore

Experience: Min. 5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between HODs and sales clients.

• Ensure clear and effective communication to manage client expectations.

• Oversee and streamline processes to ensure smooth client engagement.

• Address and resolve client concerns promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with international teams to ensure uniform service delivery.

• Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.

• Support the sales team in client-related matters to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and resolve issues effectively.

• Experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural communication.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and international teams.
