F&B Operations Executive
The F&B Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within the Food & Beverage department, maintaining high service and quality standards, and overseeing staff performance.
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily floor operations, monitor food quality, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• During lunch and dinner service, supervise the café to ensure there are no issues with the food and that employees are satisfied.
• Oversee employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies. Provide training and enforce discipline as needed.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards across all areas.
• Manage ERP systems and provide timely reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field, with experience in F&B operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
