Admin Executive

Nextbridge requires an Admin Executive for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field
  • 1+ years' post-graduation experience in a similar capacity within IT/Corporate sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Repairs and Maintenance/ Up-gradation of Infrastructure
  • Floor supervision for cleaning and maintenance (preparing duty roasters and shifts for floor staff)
  • Managing company events (working with external vendors)
