Admin Executive
Nextbridge requires an Admin Executive for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field
- 1+ years' post-graduation experience in a similar capacity within IT/Corporate sector.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Repairs and Maintenance/ Up-gradation of Infrastructure
- Floor supervision for cleaning and maintenance (preparing duty roasters and shifts for floor staff)
- Managing company events (working with external vendors)
