Security Officer
About the Role
Nextbridge Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to manage and oversee the security of office premises, with a primary focus on the parking area. This senior-level role requires an individual who is disciplined, responsible, and well-versed in security system operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage the overall security of office premises, particularly the parking area.
• Monitor and operate security systems including CCTV and related equipment.
• Enforce and maintain security protocols to ensure safety of staff, visitors, and assets.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to prevent unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Manage entry and exit points while ensuring compliance with company security policies.
• Handle incidents, conflicts, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with management in case of emergencies, incidents, or suspicious activities.
• Prepare and maintain basic security-related reports as required.
• Work in evening and night shifts as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum Matric qualification.
• 3–6 years of relevant security experience (preference for experience in parking area management).
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to handle and operate security monitoring systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of operating computer systems and desktops.
• Reliable, disciplined, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational/evening/night shifts.
