Talent Acquisition Specialist Level I
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring smooth documentation and compliance with company policies.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and assess candidates to ensure the best fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to align on role requirements.
Handle candidate documentation and maintain accurate ATS records.
Conduct background checks and reference verification.
Stay updated on market hiring trends and competitor practices.
Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6months to 1 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (tech and non-tech preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
