Client Success & Billing Executive
The Client Success & Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing while serving as the key point of contact for clients regarding billing and related concerns.
This role bridges the gap between clients and the internal team by offering support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone or email for billing-related queries.
Handle incoming client calls professionally and ensure the timely resolution of their concerns.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide accurate responses and updates to clients.
Provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain proper logs of client communications and follow-ups.
Billing & Finance Operations
Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients as per agreed timelines.
Track and monitor billing cycles to ensure timely payments.
Resolve discrepancies or disputes in invoices in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure that client billing records are updated and maintained properly.
Reporting & Compliance
Assist in preparing monthly billing reports and financial documentation.
Support the finance team in audits, reconciliations, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in billing, customer service,or client success roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client calls confidently and empathetically.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software/tools.
