F&B MANAGER
Job Description:
- Oversee the operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food served meets company standards.
- Maintain a check and balance on the attendance and punctuality of F&B department employees.
- Uphold hygiene standards across all areas.
- During lunch and dinner service, supervise the café to ensure there are no issues with the food and that employees are satisfied.
- Oversee employee performance, provide training, and implement disciplinary actions if needed.
- Ensure all staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Address employee complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Should be able to use and supervise ERP
- Should provide timely reports to the management.
- Ensure food ordering, cooking supervision and serving is completely managed smoothly.
