Real Estate Data Specialists
We seek Real Estate Data Specialists to join our team. These resources will help us clean and consolidate real estate data from multiple databases by identifying, merging, and linking related records.
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Experience: 6 months+
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, validate, and organize large datasets with precision.
- Conduct accurate and efficient online research to fill data gaps.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and anomalies.
- Work with location-based data to ensure accurate mapping and grouping.
- Standardize naming conventions for Dubai areas and communities.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams to maintain high-quality datasets.
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of SQL queries is a strong plus.
- Strong skills in Google Search and Google Maps.
- Understanding of geolocation data, coordinates, and mapping tools.
- Familiarity with UAE geography, especially Dubai, is a big plus.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
