SQA Engineer (Automation )
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality software, a strong technical background, and experience in QA automation tools like Test Complete, Selenium, and Appium
Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Responsibilities
- Lead effort to review product specifications and work with others to develop appropriate test strategies and detailed test plans and test architectures.
- Lead formal reviews of test plans, designs, and requirements documents with cross-functional teams.
- Will execute and report on planned tests, report and manage defects, regress software fixes for new and existing products, assist development with replicating and debugging problems and develop new test automation solutions as needed.
- Will demonstrates innovation, leadership, and mentorship skills in addition to possessing a strong technical and programming/test automation skill set.
- Works with SQA Engineers and QA Analysts to develop, maintain, and enhance the test automation framework and automation infrastructure.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Qualifications:BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- 3 years' post-graduation experience in a similar capacity, with min. 1 year of hands-on experience with 'Test Complete' Automation testing tool.Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Hands-on experience with black box testing.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Expertise in Selenium WD and Appium
- Strong grip on C#, or any related programming language.
- Excellent communication skills.
