Business Coordinator

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Business Coordinator to act as a liaison between medical centers and internal teams. The primary responsibility will be to gather, manage, and share data from medical centers accurately and timely manner, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Experience: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the communication bridge between medical centers and internal departments.
  • Collect, organize, and validate data from partner or affiliated medical centers.
  • Ensure timely sharing of relevant information and updates with the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all data shared and communications made.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure follow-ups and action points are executed.
  • Address any data-related discrepancies or follow-up requests with medical centers.
  • Assist in generating reports or summaries based on the data received.
  • Support business operations through coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data handling tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a coordination or support role 
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
