Trainee Network Support
We are looking for a Trainee Network Support professional with strong communication skills and foundational technical knowledge to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in networking and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users via phone and email.
- Demonstrate excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Provide first-level support for technical issues related to networking and desktop systems.
- Take ownership of reported issues and collaborate with development teams when escalation is needed.
- Resolve escalated user complaints independently, when possible.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolution processes accurately.
- Assist with desktop support issues, particularly on Windows 11 and Linux systems.
- Apply basic knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, domain environments, and firewalls to assist with troubleshooting.
- Use basic understanding of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP, and HTTP/HTTPS for diagnostics and support tasks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or relevant.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Professional phone manners and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic understanding of how the web, networks, and software systems operate.
- Familiarity with desktop support issues (Windows 11, Linux).
- Basic networking knowledge including DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and domains.
- Understanding of common internet protocols such as SSH, FTP/SFTP, and HTTP/HTTPS.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in problem-solving.
