Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Content Manager to oversee and manage our company's digital presence across various platforms, including our website, social media, and other digital channels. This role involves leading a team of Social Media Managers, Content Writers, SEO Specialists, and Designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging, content optimization, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content writing, content strategy, and management, with a keen eye for detail and brand storytelling.

Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Experience: 3 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Oversee and manage the company's social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of Social Media Managers, Content Writers, SEO Specialists, and Designers to produce high-quality, engaging, and well-researched content.

• Lead content development efforts, ensuring all materials meet high editorial standards, brand voice, and audience expectations.

• Optimize content for SEO and digital performance, ensuring improved search engine rankings and website traffic growth.

• Write, edit, and review content across all digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, website copy, newsletters, and ad campaigns.

• Monitor website and social media analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital content, maintaining a cohesive voice and messaging.

• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in content strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support business objectives through engaging digital content.

• Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and performance tracking.

• Oversee digital advertising efforts, including paid social media campaigns and Google Ads.

• Develop and enforce content guidelines, ensuring all materials meet quality and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate their content needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, content management, and digital marketing.

• Proven experience in managing teams of content creators, designers, and digital marketers.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategies and improve engagement.

• Experience in graphic design and video content strategy is a plus.
