Customer Service Representative
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives To manage and support a pool of clients by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the delivery of service KPIs. The candidate will be key in building client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by establishing rapport.
- Guide clients with required KPIs and ensure timely updates.
- Ensure service KPIs are met within deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively for managing client interactions.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Provide feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a B2B or B2C customer service role.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Ability to perform under workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with collaborative skills.
