Zoho Developer

We are looking for experienced Zoho Developers to design, implement, and manage solutions within Zoho CRM and its ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Deluge scripting, Zoho platform customization, and large-scale CRM implementations. Proficiency in programming, integration methods, and a focus on user experience enhancement are critical. Strong collaboration, communication skills, and alignment with US time zones are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

Design, develop, scale, and customize Zoho CRM workflows, modules, and automations using Deluge scripting.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.

Lead the configuration and daily management of Zoho CRM, ensuring system settings and data integrity meet company needs (e.g., SAAS pipelines, product sales, tech sales, acquisitions, marketing, and campaigns).

Enhance user experience by designing intuitive user interfaces, creating custom dashboards, reports, and widgets to provide actionable insights.

Integration and Troubleshooting:

Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications and systems using APIs, webhooks, and other integration platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot Zoho CRM and related application issues efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Initiate kick-off calls with internal teams and business units to gather requirements and leverage Zoho CRM capabilities for customized solutions that support sales, marketing, and customer service goals.

Partner with third-party vendors and technical support as needed for complex issues or additional integrations.

Gather feedback from end-users and incorporate it to improve CRM usability and alignment with business objectives.

User Support and Training:

Oversee user roles, profiles, and permissions within Zoho CRM, ensuring appropriate access levels and data security.

Provide training and ongoing support to users, promoting best practices and effective utilization of CRM features.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed on Zoho CRM updates, new features, and best practices, applying relevant enhancements to improve functionality.

Maintain up-to-date documentation on Zoho CRM configurations, workflows, and processes for reference and transparency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Background in managing large-scale CRM implementations and customer projects.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field

Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with expertise in Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, and other Zoho platforms (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho E-Commerce).

Strong knowledge of CRM modules, workflow automation, and customization capabilities.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Availability to work flexible hours aligned with US Eastern Time.

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Node.js.

Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and third-party platforms.

Familiarity with UI/UX principles for designing intuitive user interfaces.
