Cold Calling Executive

We seek a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead qualification for Odoo ERP, gathering initial client requirements, and scheduling meetings with the Odoo functional team. If you have prior experience in telesales and basic CRM knowledge, this is a great opportunity to enhance your career in the ERP and CRM domain.

Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Experience: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and gathering initial requirements.
  • Schedule meetings between potential clients and the Odoo functional team for further discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and functional teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead qualification and meeting scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a similar role (6 months to 1 year minimum).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate client needs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling B2B clients.
