Sales Executive
We seek a self-driven, enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in cold calling and a proven sales track record, ideally in the local B2B market for products or services.
Location: Lahore
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from various platforms, including LinkedIn and business directories.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and develop a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Quickly learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Present product features and benefits to clients effectively, adapting to client needs and feedback.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Key Requirements:
- Holding a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in cold calling and achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the local market.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Ability to work under sales pressure.
- Capability to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- Self-motivated, coachable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to adapt quickly and continuously improve through feedback and coaching.
