Sales Executive

We seek a self-driven, enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in cold calling and a proven sales track record, ideally in the local B2B market for products or services.

Location: Lahore

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from various platforms, including LinkedIn and business directories.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and develop a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Quickly learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Present product features and benefits to clients effectively, adapting to client needs and feedback.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Key Requirements:

  • Holding a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the local market.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to work under sales pressure.
  • Capability to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to adapt quickly and continuously improve through feedback and coaching.
