Nextbridge is hiring a DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in Linux, networking, virtualization, containerization, and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will manage and automate our infrastructure, ensure seamless deployment processes, and maintain high availability of services.

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong knowledge of code management tools, including GIT and GITLAB.

• Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation and configuration tasks.

• Administer and perform CRUD operations on SQL, NoSQL, and CacheDB databases.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including IaaS and managed services deployment.

• Hold a mid-level certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure. (Any)

• Use automation and configuration tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

• Execute and manage data and application migrations.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

• Understand and manage clusters and replication processes.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab, GitHub, and Jenkins.

• Deploy and manage email services and deployments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.

• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and strong scripting skills.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relevant certifications.

• Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization concepts.

• Solid understanding of Microservices, Including Dockers, Kubernetes, LXC containers

• Excellent knowledge of databases, code management tools, and deployment processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good client communication skills.
