Talent Acquisition Specialist (Lv I)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Level 1) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, covering both technical and non-technical positions, and play a vital role in sourcing top talent to support our company’s growth.

Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to candidate selection and offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to understand position requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
- Source candidates through various channels, including ATS, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for roles.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and completing candidate documentation.
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, BootCamps, and other talent outreach events.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends, competitor strategies, and salary benchmarks.
- Generate recruitment-related reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the manager, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with exposure to both technical and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing candidate documentation.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events and initiatives.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
