Daycare Teacher
As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 5 and under.
Location: Lahore
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans to encourage learning and creativity in children aged 3 and under.
- Ensure children are always safe, supervised, and well-cared for, fostering their sense of security and belonging.
- Cultivate a warm, stimulating environment supporting children’s physical, social, and cognitive development.
- Child Development: Observe and document each child’s milestones and developmental progress to share with parents and improve care strategies. Work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth, organized, positive daycare experience.
- Occasionally provide extra childcare assistance as required, always maintaining a focus on quality and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills, a patient and caring attitude, creativity in planning activities, and excellent interpersonal skills to work with children, parents, and colleagues.
