Procurement Executive
We are hiring a Procurement Executive responsible for managing procurement activities and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role involves collaborating with vendors, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the supply chain process to meet business needs.

Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish long-term relationships.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Conduct market research to source reliable suppliers with competitive pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services as per company standards and budget.
- Monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any discrepancies or delays.
- Analyze pricing trends and implement cost-saving measures.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
- Monitor budgetary constraints and contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, local laws, and regulations (including relevant Pakistani or UAE laws if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare and review reports for the Procurement Manager on purchasing performance and supplier evaluation.
- Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and avoid over- or under-ordering.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
- Assess supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
- Implement corrective actions for underperforming suppliers or explore new sourcing options.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the procurement process to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new procurement techniques.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant Pakistani or UAE procurement laws and regulations is preferred.
- Experience in the merchandise management and material for event management in coordination with HR is an advantage.
