Assistant to the CEO
Nextbridge is looking for an Assistant to the CEO, who has exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong communication expertise to support the CEO in achieving strategic goals, enhancing executive productivity, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.
Location: Lahore
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage, coordinate, and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, addressing complaints and inquiries as necessary.
- Draft and prepare high-quality reports and presentations as required.
- Arrange travel logistics, including visas, tickets, and accommodations.
- Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
- Process payments for mobile bills.
- Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process on behalf of the President.
- Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy with the ability to multitask effectively.
