Electrical hardware Engineer
Nextbridge is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with 1 year of experience in electronic hardware design and software integration. The ideal candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of power electronics, Battery Management Systems (BMS), electrical circuits, motor control, and PCB design. The role involves designing, testing, debugging, and validating electronic hardware while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop reliable and efficient products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits.
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Perform circuit simulation, testing, debugging, and hardware validation.
- Assist in the development of power electronic circuits and DC-DC converter-based designs.
- Support Battery Management System (BMS) hardware development and testing.
- Work with servo motors, stepper motors, motor drivers, and encoder interfaces.
- Select electronic components and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Troubleshoot hardware issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and laboratory
- equipment.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and manufacturing files.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams throughout the product development
- lifecycle.
Required Skills
- knowledge of Power Electronics, BMS, Electrical Circuits, Analog and Digital Electronics, Embedded
- Systems.
- Familiarity with Servo Motors, Stepper Motors, Encoders, and motor control concepts.
- Familiarity in KiCad/Altium Designer, LTspice, and Multisim.
- Understanding of PCB design, schematic capture, and circuit simulation.
- Knowledge of common communication interfaces such as UART, I²C, SPI, and CAN is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to
- work independently and within a team environment.
