Computer Vision Engineer
Nextbridge is seeking a talented and motivated Computer Vision Engineer to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing computer vision applications, training custom AI models, deploying AI solutions on servers, and building scalable vision systems. The role involves working on cutting-edge AI technologies for real-world applications, including object detection, image segmentation, tracking, autonomous systems, robotics, industrial automation, and intelligent vision solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize Computer Vision applications.
- Develop and train custom AI/Deep Learning models using proprietary datasets.
- Perform dataset collection, annotation, preprocessing, augmentation, and validation.
- Build and optimize object detection, segmentation, classification, tracking, OCR, and depth estimation models.
- Deploy AI models on local servers, cloud infrastructure, and edge devices.
- Develop backend APIs and inference services using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Optimize AI models using TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO, or related optimization frameworks.
- Integrate Computer Vision solutions with software applications, robotic systems, embedded devices, and industrial equipment.
- Work with image processing techniques using OpenCV and related libraries.
- Collaborate with software, AI/ML, robotics, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Monitor model performance, retrain models when required, and continuously improve accuracy.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain AI deployment pipelines.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Computer Vision or AI/ML development.
- Experience working with custom datasets and training AI models from scratch.
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments.
- Knowledge of NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, and GPU optimization.
- Familiarity with ROS/ROS2, LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, or robotics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
