Nextbridge is hiring 2 x Trainee Customer Support .

Location: Lahore

Experience: Fresh Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer service process.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Post products online as needed.
  • Collaborate well within a team environment.
