Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall branch operations and performance.
- Drive sales growth and achieve business development targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate branch staff performance.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare branch performance reports and maintain MIS records.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Maintain branch profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Implement company policies and ensure adherence across branch operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branch operations, team management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and manage operational KPIs.
- Proficiency in reporting and MS Office tools.
