Branch Manager

Nextbridge Ltd is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive business growth, manage team performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage overall branch operations and performance.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve business development targets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate branch staff performance.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare branch performance reports and maintain MIS records.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Maintain branch profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement company policies and ensure adherence across branch operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth business functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branch operations, team management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to achieve business targets and manage operational KPIs.
  • Proficiency in reporting and MS Office tools.
