Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with around 1 year of experience in IT sales and online bidding to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to platforms like Upwork and a strong understanding of IT service sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
- Create and submit winning proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution design
- Manage end-to-end bidding process, including follow-ups and negotiations
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive conversions
Required Skills & Experience: - 1 year of experience in IT sales / business development
- Expert in Upwork bidding or similar freelance platforms
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (basic level)
- Exposure to tools like linkedin sales navigator.
